My fierce commitment to my own path began in 2014, as I dove head first into studying body work via the practice of Yoga + Massage Therapy, while simultaneously discovering my already existing intuitive gifts. It was here that I began to taste, for the first time, the power that’s held within the Mind + Body connection. The deeper I was able to penetrate my own existence, the more I was able to REMEMBER the wisdom already held deep within my soul. I was able to awaken my intimate connection to the Magik of the Feminine, be inspired by the power of the Goddess + receive a clear road map to my own purpose. I have sense immersed myself in experiences for seeking + learning + remembering, sitting with teachers all of the regional South + beyond to fuel this connection to my own innate power source.

  • What has shifted since beginning this journey?

    I have felt stronger spiritually, louder advocating for myself, more centered with what aligns with me and more confident about decisions I have made. I have also connected with my cycle and worked closely to relearn what it means to be in my own divine feminine, cycling in my own body and through the seasons.

  • How has your 1:1 Mentorship Impacted you?

    I have been able to dig deeper into finding what I consider to be my true center and reignite my sense of intuition. I’ve learned to be able to use my body and my senses to guide me more based on what I feel is best for me or a certain situation and what feels right in my soul. I have been able to set up a routine of self disciple when it comes to self care, morning rituals, and spiritual commitment.
